I also run a turbo in my ws6, it has the 9" tail, and I used the stock ds. I have the pro ratchet in my car w/ rmvb with a tb. I love it. I went with a trans specialties converter 3600-4100. The only thing that you might have to chk for with your build, the flexplate that you use might have to be shimmed, depending on how far the converter sits from the flexplate, and I had to use a spacer on my converter. It just slips on the little snout on the flexplate side of the converter. I cannot rem the specs of hand on whats it not suppose to be more that but maybe someone else can chime in and help you out. Some wires have to be cut and wired together to get the car to start as well. Ya I miss the od, but you cannot beat the performance or reliability.

I can honestly say my RMVB gets old, and i may drive the car 10mi a month, but thats personal laziness lol. I need to pull the converter out of mine, got it in the trade and decided to use it since I already had it, my car dosnt have enough guts to get out of the hole I guess..an amazing 1.78 60ft(flashing it, foot braking it, trans braking it, 2-step/TBin it) dead hookin everytime. Im thinking I have a short TS, but i like it better, I dont have to drop my tunnel mount torque arm to pull the trans now, ive got a good 8in or so clearance, with the t56 it was maybe 3in or so.

Yeah it can get old when you compare it to a T56 on the street.. but i cant see what 1st gear feels like when i actually hook up and dont have to worry about my rear end exploding

My car sees very little street time. So Im not to worried about it getting annoying.
What stall are you running? Is that on spray??? My car out 60s that with the M6 NA.

As for the shim thats only for LS1s, LT1s bolt up like any other SBC does so Im good there.
Im def going with the stealth pro rachet(looks great and has good reviews), if I dont like it Ill sell it and go with something else.

I havnt sprayed it yet, but its a 3500 in my car. It is a nitrous converter, but i didnt expect to suck this much lol. I dont know if im even going to bother spraying it before I yank it out. I was out 60ft it when my car was a 6spd with just bolt ons, so needless to say its kinda aggrivating. But thats what happens when you dont havethe right combo.

Hope to have it done within a few weeks. Still gathering parts and the install should be easy.
