Finally had some time to work on this thing and made some decent progress. I have completely done away with the factory wiring and am rewiring the entire truck old school, no more BCM! Here are the pics

this is the finished intake harness (IAT, 3-bar MAP, IAC, TPS, Injectors, Coils). The goal here was to be able to remove the intake as a complete unit only having to unplug three plugs at the pcm, two hot wires for the injectors and coils and a ground.

thats all for now. Its been a little slow but I think it will turn out pretty nice when its done. Basically I'm getting everything mocked up and then I'll take it apart and clean before final assembly.
You can barely see it in the pics but I'm making a panel that goes above the relocated PCM that will have the Versafueler and engine related relays and fuse panel on it. The panel is 6160 aluminum, but I have black tape over it right now to protect it. Final assembly it will be polished.

I guess it makes sense. You pulled your truck apart shortly before I did mine. We will probably be finished around the same time too. Feb-March of next year for me. Slightly different builds though.
Have you found a class you plan to run with this truck? Or is this still a street truck that will be used for occasional racing applications? I can't imagine that with a super charger that has more cubes then a Honda Civic it will be very streetable.
