anyone tried fixing a throttle stop for a fuel injected LS1

anyhow i got a 01 formula typically runs 7.60s-7.70s depending on the air at around 88-89mph my goal is to run 8.90s at 88-89mph anyone messed with anything such as this i know ill need a timer or an rpm switch to start with
