Got some more orders for these
Plan for the day is to go find a glass to lay these up on so I can get you'll a mirror finish on them!
JL is going to get some pictures of them installed after I get the first batch sent out.

First batch is done and ready to ship ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Will try to get them out today if the post office is open. As said in the original post, you can epoxy them on, silicone them on, or use screws. Really up to you and how permanent you want them. If you use screws make sure you are inside where the mirror covers in case you ever remove these and reinstall the mirrors!

Little update. I tried attaching mine with silicone, and that didn't work too well.. so I took them back off, and am cleaning them up and will try again with automotive goop. That stuff usually bonds pretty good to just about everything. I'm not sure if maybe the rubber had something on it that wasn't allowing the silicone to adhere or what.. but even after a couple days, they literally came right off.
I should have them on this weekend, providing the goop adhere's to the rubber on the car and the carbon. I'm stuck working all day saturday so Sunday I'm aiming to get this done.
Sorry for the delay's, seems like every time I turn around something comes up

If not try epoxy. I sanded the rubber before I used silicone on mine.

o.k. I didn't try scuffing the rubber up first, that could have been the issue. I'm going to snag a bottle of "goop" this week and try that. I have 99.9% of the silicone off the block off plates, which I think will do. Had to sand the back of them a little to get that off, shouldn't be a problem.
If this doesn't work, then I have one other thing to try, I have some REALLY sticky THIN double sided tape... this stuff is really REALLY sticky stuff, and about the thickness of paper. I'll put a layer of it across the entire back of the plate, I'm sure it will hold.
I don't really want to use screws if I can avoid it.
