Default Speedglass installed pics
Over the last few days we have been getting requests for some speedglass (optic armor) installed pics as well as some others wanting to order the drop-ins. We are running a group buy on these and need 5 more fronts and 5 more rears pre-sold to get them produced. Which we will be getting from the company that produces speedglass (optic armor) for percy's. Sorry for the grainy pics taken from my phone camera, i was in a hurry. GROUP BUY thread:

Is the rear tinted or not tinted? Percy's? I keep asking Percy's for the tinted and it's not available.

Will the front work well on a streetcar or are they only recommended for track cars? I'd love to get both front and rear but I'm worried about tearing the front up with the wipers.

we have some customers running them on the street and to be honest rarely use there wipers when it rains. The coating has a "rain-x" effect and the water just beads up and runs right off. dust and dirt is more harmful and usually by the time you need your wipers it has been raining hard enough to wash the dirt off. However, it is not "street legal"

the tinted rears can be shipped by themsleves for only 40.00 via ups since they can be rolled up. the fronts have to be shipped via freight.

Is the tinted rear pictured tinted via Percy's (tinted poly carb) or tinted afterwards with conventional film tint?

They can come with the tint in the glass already... the one I bought has the blackout,and the tint is on there aready, and it's not a film applied to it, it's in the plastic itself.
