Default Getting the wheels up?

What sort of 60 ft time does it take to carry the wheels on a stock height (or lowered, if you know how much it is lowered) F-Body? I don't mean bounce them off with converter flashing, but actually carry them. I would like to know 60 ft time, race weight, and how much lowered or raised. TIA

with an automatic I would say a 1.4x would carry them nicely with a properly setup suspension.

3200lb raceweight i was doing it with no front sway bar and skinnies up front on a 1.68-1.69 60ft's. Only a couple inches and only the driver's side tire. This is in an auto. When i switch converters from a 3200 to a 4400, my 60ft went to a 1.56 but would pull the tire at all. Oh well.

Thanks for those. 1.40 is 1.9 Gs and 1.69 is 1.3 Gs. Anyone else?

Only way I can get my front wheels off the ground is with a floor jack

I could jerk the front tires up about an inch on a good hooking track with the stock suspension/M6 dumping the clutch at 6500 (1.680 but thats about it..

Thanks guys. I had read recently that the CG on passenger cars is 20 to 22 inches. I was guessing that our F-Bodys should be on the low side. Your numbers, needing something in the high 1.4x range to carry the wheels, which implies about 1.7 Gs, imply a 20" CG hieght. That jives with what I read.

Thanks again for the help!
