Great job guys. I love the T rex cam. I'm happy to see it still getting the job done.

Major props!

congrats! very impressive. I don't want to take away from anyone else, but I believe you guys are the 1st true stock bottom end in the 9's on motor, ie no flycuts or rod bolts. someone correct me please if I'm wrong on that. BTW what color is that? the car looks amazing.

im assuming you are using a transbrake, seems slow to release looks like you could hit the tires a little harder and get the 60' down into the 2's. Or not, just noticed in the vid

yes we are. We could hit it harder just couldent get the car to stick. We really whould like to thro a set of heads on it but cant justify spending the money when we have a 440LSX sitting here

That is just crazy! I just want to get back in the top 10 again.

What size stall? What does it stall to on the brake? What do you have the 2-step set to?

That's not meant to be a dig.. these guys spent the time on the car, did their homework, and waited for the best possible conditions to make it happen, and got the job done.
The previous record was set at one of the other tracks with the best conditions in the country. We have the advantage because we hardly ever see frozen rain(You can't hardly call it snow here). I was at NPR two Saturdays ago and the DA was -1100. I'd like to see the new record holder run at that DA.

We thought about buying a set but can't justify it being we have a 440 lsx ready to go... - don't think anyone will let us use there and mill them .040 but ya never no

i'm not offended but more curious than anything...i have stock rod bolts but fly cut my pistons for clearence...heres my question, how does that make my bottom end not stock but more of a safety issue instead(and yes i understand that gm did'n flycut them also but lq4's have 9.4 compression ratios too)it does'nt enhance performance to flycut,so why is this a topic or are you just reaching for something? i've done nothing but congradulate him on his record and a few of you guys have posted stuff like this....sorry to the op for the intrusion.....billy
