Default 10 bolt limits

What are you guys launching at with M6 and stock 10 bolt. I am trying to come up with an idea so I don't have to beat the **** out of it to even get close. I can only get down to about a 2.26 with what I am doing. She's getting a clutch upgrade next month so that won't be an issue. Kinda justa seeing what RPM you guys are lauching at and what kind of 60' times you're getting out these 10 bolts. I also want beat on this 10 bolt and dive into it a couple of times just to familiarize myself with the 10 bolt itself. So breaking the diffy doesn't scare me. All the typical suspension stuff is on the menu to lower my 60' times as well.

1.71 has been my best 60' with 3.90 gear. I did break 2 set's of 4.10, both broke teeth off the ring gear. I don't recommend 4.10. There is not enough tooth contact to make them live very long in these little rears.

Varies depending on Drive Train.

10 Bolts WILL eventually blow up.

If you RACE a m6 car, be prepared to spend some $$$.

I went 10.5@137 with a 1.61 60' on a bone stock 3.42 geared 10 bolt and didn't break it. But I was slipping the clutch out of the hole. A lot easier on the rear

I ran 1.47-1.49 60's all season before I took mine out and sold it in perfect working order. The rearend had around 400+ passes on it, just since I owned the car.

I broke three 10 bolts in one week; a 3.42, 3.73, and 4.10. The 3.42 broke the posi unit, the 3.73 broke the ring gear, and the 4.10 snapped an axle. This was on a stock clutch with 26" MT ET street radials. You are taking a chance every time you dump the clutch.
