should be very minimal in terms of weight, but there are still areas that need welding to be 100% nhra legal (even on "bolt in" bars)

I really need a 10pt cause i am over 135mph but its a street car and goes to the track like once every 2 months! so i would like to just get a 6pt/5pt bolt-in so if i ever want to go really fast i can take bar out and just go for the 10pt

you can do a 6pt and do a 10-pt conversion on them...only trade off is the hoop, door bars and rear bars will be 1 3/4" tubing vs 1 5/8" tubing

Bolt in SFCs dont use plates on the inside of the car either, Im not positive on this but have read it multiple times and seems to make sense. Id bet it would be easier to tear the floor pan with with a plate welded to the top of it, rather than pull a plate threw the bottom of the car on a bolt on roll bar.

If you welded your cage to the SFCs that would be the strongest IMO.

Fixed side bars are a cool factor of +10 and a practical DD factor of -10.

I think my next car that gets raced will have swing-out bars and won't be going quicker than 10.00 anyway.

I run a Wolfe 5-pt CM bolt in bar with the driver side swing out so I can remove the bar for street use.

I got the low slung bar, it's a tight fit but fine. It just took some time to get it lined up correctly. I like it and have no regrets.

i am running a wolfe 6pt bolt in with low slung bars on both sides as well as swing outs on both sides. very nice piece, stiffened the car up a good bit. i am taking it out very soon to install a 10 pt atleast in my car. Now i gotta sell the 6pt to be able to get the 1o pt. it is a never ending process, lol
