Default GM Radio Delete plate

Got this in the mail today. It's a genuine GM radio delete plate made originally for the Caprice 9c1 police package with RPO UL5 but, with some very minor trimming I got it to work in my T/A. All I had to do was trim about an 1/8 inch off the left side mounting ear and open the holes for the mounting screws to be bigger and make a hole to clear the little "nipple" in the dash underneath the left side hole. Radio trim lays phlush with it and looks great.

nice find. do you still have the HAVC working?
all I need for mine is the blower motor to turn on. So I'm gona gut the unit and just use the face and ****.

Yes, my entire HVAC still works but I plan on getting rid of the AC this summer.
