I've got it back together. Eventually, I may get different seat covers and figure out something for the top. The tops on these don't paint so well...I've seen way too many with the tops painted that were peeling

Paint the inside of the wheels black. You have some time

The top... only guy I know that had luck painting one used paint with alot of flex agent in it.. the things move around alot... probably why that worked...
