Default using lead substitute in your gas?

what would be the benifit of doing this? would it boost octane or power in anyway? will the o2 sensors survive? just a curiosity.

nothing, theres no point. ls's are a modern engine with modern valve seats and dont need lead additives. and to your last 2 questions, long story shory - no and no.
