iv been divided on whether or not i should put a digital 6 on my daily driver (and only car). i know just about any ignition box had longitivity issues and i dont wanna be stuck on the side of the road when mine goes out. my question is, is there a way to make a backup harness to quickly bypass the ignition box in the event of a failure?

 

Ya just disconnect the MSD harness and reconnect the original harness

 

iv never installed an msd box before so forgive me if i ask something stupid

dont you have to cut the factory harness to install the box?

 

nope just get the MSD harness and your good.
