Default slick with a nail in it?

would you still run the tire if it had a nail in it?

He runs tubes all the time and it just went through the tire only.

Would you still run the tire?

They are like brand new still and he dont want to buy another if he dont have to.

I wouldnt want a hole/rip/tear in a tire I would be doing burnouts and going 100mph+ on.
Buy a new one

How many passes on the tires? If they are new then just having 1 new tire shouldn't be an issue just make sure this new one has a smaller rollout so you can stretch it to match the old one.

Even putting a patch on the inside wouldn't guarantee it'd stay together. All it'd take would the patch being on the right side of the tire where it wrinkles and tears the glue off. Not worth the risk.

There's no way I'd be willing to take a chance with a damaged tire at a track; too many things could go wrong!
