More info on the setup would help. [IE: shocks, springs, antiroll bar, ft suspension, tire pressures, etc.]
Sounds like it's really lazy getting up on boost...tune maybe? With the rite tune/ engine/converter combo, that turbo should get to 8psi in< 1 sec!
Looks like very little pitch rotation. Could be hitting the tires and then unloading.
No reason that car shouldn't pull some much better short times.
Post the rest of the run segments...
Data logging the runs??

car has qa1 300lb springs in front, qa1 shocks on all 4 corners, stock rears. drag antil roll bar, 28x10.5 drags (12psi or prssure)
i had the converter tightened up and went from a 408 to a 396cu motor, nothing else changed. i went more bore and less stroke on the rebuild.
here is the bs3 datalog. i left on around 9 psi and 4200rpm. i have 40* of timing on the 2 step, i was questioning if i should get more aggressive with the timing around 12-16psi of boost. i run 20psi and the timing mark is right before the bend on the strap.
