thats not normal, somthing up with getting no room on ext.
thats heads are they? you sure its installed zero, what timming set is it? is the chain worn?

Yeah, my dad helped me with it. Timing was right and even though it's a used chain it was still tight. It went all the way through the clay.

I see you're in MN. Go on mngmp.org and ask one of us for a flycutting tool, could also call TPIS, Schwanke, Doug Rippie Motorsports, and HiTEch to see if they could lend you one.
