Were the tunnel modifications done to get the car to set so low?

yes because of the torque arm setup, it would hit even a stock height, so we automatically enlarge the tunnel.
this way if you go to taller tires the ride height can be reset without hitting....as it is now theres only about 1 1/2"

Now the hole I saw in the first picture makes more sense, where is the wall in comparison to the factory one?

That is an amazing chassis! It would take me 5 years to build something like that in my garage working on it every day.

Almost doesn't really make sense anymore to do 25.5 either. 25.3 is just a few bars more with a few larger diameter bars...

Looks great!

I see that now, looks really nice all cut out level with the tubs. I still have the stock tub and the gas filler tunnel Yours goes some were

If you dont have any bars back there, just a 6point with the rear bars going to the top of the coils. Do you think I could cut out the mid wheel tub metal like you?

I like that tunnel! did you have to put it off center for the TA? I dont see a hump or the rear mount on the side?
When you do that with the firewall, all you need is the added dash bar to be legal, to meet the spec about modding the stock firewall hole size limit.

I generally don't comment on cars much faster then I have ever worked on or driven but you can really see the time was taken on a well thought out project. JL always spoke highly and it really shows. Built with a purpose certainly comes to mind on every part of this project.

Good luck on everything.

Asked that and Justin had a good answer, if the engine combo changes then no need to remake firewall hole and tubing.
