Tire size for 1/4 mile?
Im not sure what would be the best height to match up my gearing and power level. Does anyone know what would be the best tire height to go with? I plan on using e.t. streets. My car is an m6 with 3.73 in the rear end. It puts down right around 400rwhp, peak rwhp is at 6500 and and my rev limiter is set at 7000. I could use the help thanks in advance.

On a radial or drag radial your not going to hook. Better off looking for a ET street. That's in my opinion. The issue I see is there is not enough rear gear to compensate for increasing the tire height. You will be losing TQ multiplication which to a degree maybe better for the street but certianly is not optimal.

I would go with a 26 inch tall et street bias ply like i got. I assume your putting these on 17 inch rims right. Radials in the front don't like bias ply's in the back tho, i dont think its at bad on the 17 inch rim tho.

I am going with et streets and they are going to go on a 16 inch rim. I didnt go 4.10's because I like to drive the car alot more than my dd so I usually take it to work and its a highway commute for the most part. I dont track the car much, maybe a couple times a year. I'm just looking for a best option with whats already on the car.
