Default Help with suspension/60ft times

Hey guys,

So I've been to the track twice with my new MT drag radials and can't seem to get below a 2.0 60ft...Here's a little more on the car:

Basic bolt ons
275/50/15 MT drag radials with skinnies up front
UMI Panhard bar
UMI LCAs and relocation brackets (in very bottom hole)
UMI tunnel mount TRQ arm set at -2
Competition Engineering drag shocks at 70/30

I seem to either bog off the line if I drag the clutch out around 3000, and hook pretty decent around 3300. Tried a little higher around 3600 and the tires spun. Tried every pressure from 22 down to 17 PSI with a burnout around 2-3 seconds long

Best run so far has been a 13.1 with a 2.0 60 ft at 106 MPH. I WANT 12s!!!!! haha

Suggestions? I know i'm rolling the dice with the stock 10 bolt, but its not going to stop me. Saving up to build a 9" soon...

Thanks for the help!

You are only trapping 106 so it seems like you may be down on power. If you are hooking without bogging or spinning then your 60' is probably where it should be at your power level.

I don't no what everyone else is running for tire pressure but I thought with the radials it didn't really benefit to drop pressure to much. I have m/t 295 drag radials I usually run them at 25 psi last time I went to the track I tried dropping them to 23 without changing anything else and it started breaking loose out of the hole which it had never done before.

haha.. he never said he had boost. tire pressure...

I run the same numbers stock (pretty much) on slicks...13.07 @ 105 but my 60 was 1.9xx... your numbers seem legit.. your trap is better so if you can get your launch under 2.0, you should see 12s...If your times are what you say they are, just wait for a good, cool night.. you will get your 12.

How was the track prep? Did other cars have trouble hooking up too? 17-22psi seems like a lot of tire pressure to me..
