Default Any suggestions to my launch (vid inside)

Hey guys got the car to the track after rear end install and what not!! Details is

Cam only
6Spd
TDP Clutch
QP 9" Narrowed 6"
non adjustable Lower Control Arms
adjustable ta
SF connectors

all other suspension stock!

running a 4.56 gear with 28 10.5 mt slick

leaving at around 6K on 2step

it seemed to be hooking pretty solid, I just feel it should 60 foot alot better than a 1.6x

Ive cut numerous 1.4x's in my old setup cam only firehawk with 3.42's and 26" slicks!

Any suggestions or does it seem like its leaving ok!!!

Thanks guys!

Oh also dont mind my slow shifting lol, had to bleed on the clutch some it had a little air in it!!!

looks like ur clutch might be dragging. Started rolling as soon as you put it on the 2-step. might be rolling the beams and hurting the 60 ft time

Ok prolly wont roll the beams like that. But that means you either need to adjust your master cylinder or shim the clutch to get it to disengage all the way. You prolly have trouble cutting consistent lights that way.

Not sure how much air you had in the back tires but it looked like it mashed the wheel down in the ground pretty good! Are the slicks stiff sidewall?

All of the energy from the clutch dump went into mashing the wheel down on the tire instead of lifting the front so the car did not appear to transfer weight very well and it unloaded the back and spun.

I would suggest more tire pressure to see if that helps! Good Luck on the next outing.
