Head question
Head question I got a 5.3 block cheap and planning on a budget 346 or 347 build it's goin to be a nitrous car. I got a set of 5.3 heads and a torquer v3 cam and patriot gold springs that came with it. I know that this prolly should be in the head section but I drag race so huge dyno numbers to me don't meen nothin and that seems to be the response I all ways get in that section is well this makes more than that. But that being said My question is on a budget build would the stock 5.3 heads on a stock cube 346 run good with that cam over the stock 99 heads I have I've heard from people that the 5.3 heads would make more power than the stock heads eventually I'll have em ported but for now I got to spread the money around to get the basics done between suspension trans and rear end. So any help is appreciated.
