Default Is it time to upgrade axels ??

Alright fellas, im gonna be gettin a 408 built by lme , mid 500 hp motor....anyways, im staying with the t56 just gonna get it faceplated, as of now i have a moser 9 inch with 31 spline axels , spool and 4.56 gears.......Do u guys think im risking busting the 31 splines , or will i be ok.....The cost of new axels arent bad but im pretty sure ill have to upgrade the center too and thats where its gonna kill me. Tell me what ya think.......BTW im gonna eventually change to a 4.11 gears and put around a 200 shot on it

31 spline should be fine for a while...31 spline aftermarket would be better, just be sure to mark them and look for twist every so often.

Just step it up with the N2O,4.11's,and maybe go 35's and not worry about for a long time

they are Moser axels......Do u guys think that any of the drivetrain sponsors on here do center section trade in toward one that will work with 35 spline axels ?

31 spline will be fine, watched a friend run NUMEROUS 9.6x passes with his 403/t56 setup on a 150shot With 28/10.5's. Stamped steel moser housing (non back braced)

I twisted my moser 31's with less power off the brake.
