Default a good light weight TAN racing seat

i dont have 4-500 bucks for a seat, so i was looking at this one

i see it weigs close to the stock leather ones, was wondering if anybody has an idea about a light tan racing seat.

i would like tan to keep the color the same

Buy a kirkey, and have a cover made for it in tan.. or buy the kirkey cover, and have an auto upholestry guy redo the outer mat'l to something that's tan in color?

Be alot cheaper then that and save the weight.

yea thats probably about the best idea that JL posted. However, not a good idea to run a Kirkey if you don't have a cage to brace it against. Just what I've read around here more than a few times. I'd like to sit in one sometime to see if I will be able to daily drive it without too many complaints lol.

Kirkey or a Jaz seat, and have a tan cover made for it.. that would be your best bet I think.

You can paint the alum too if you don't want that look in the car. Plenty of people have done that over the years, it will give it more of a seat look if you're after that.
