Mine is located by where the ABS used to be next to the line lock and hooked up to an on/off switch.

Mine mounted next to the master cylinder, it is wired to the clutch switch, clutch pedal down it is on working. Clutch is out the 2 step is off. It has it ups and downs

mounted on the drivers side shock tower and wired into a switched ground on the lower clutch switch

Clutch switch with a momentary inline. Push in the clutch, hit the button and it's on the 2 step - release either and the 2 step deactivates.

I have mine mounted where the stock PCM use to sit an it goes off of when I have the transbrake activated. I wish it was inside the car like my PCM is but the connectors are too large to fit through a hole. Other than that I like my MSD 2-Step.
