No Torque Arm Setup - with ET Streets
I was really hoping my logic was correct.With the original setup, right out of the box, the Lakewood is NOT strong enough to handle this job. You need to beef it up, and you need to weld the brackets in. Once I did that, it got a whole lot better.
One thought I had while installing, I think I could actually use a longer lower bar and weld it straight to the chassis in front of the LCA (there is room!). That would give me a longer lower bar, and act more like a true 4 bar setup, but it would have to be a strong bar.
