Unless you spend a good bit of $ on a converter that's going to be very effecient, in that case you "might" make the 1/4 with the 4.56 gearing but it's going to be very close.
You're not planning on any more power later are you? If not, then the 4.30 with a 28, or 29.5 with your 4.56 would work. If there's more power in the future, or a serious weight reduction above and beyond what you have already done, then I would just put a 4.10 in it now, maybe even 3.90 depending on your future plans.
