Default BFG G-force DRs

Hey guys, this is my first tech post on here. So, I just bought a fresh set of 275/40R17 BFG DRs and MY GOD. They wobble like a wrinkle wall at over 90mph and DO NOT hook. I cleaned em of and hit them about 2 or 3 times with the same result everytime. I didn't really even get on the converter(Yank 2800) that much either. When I pulled back up in the drive way the center tread looks like someone took a bench grinder to them. Street pressure was about 25psi. Are these just shitty tires or do y'all think they may be defective? I just spent like $370 on these bitches and I'm wicked pissed with them so far.

Tried the BFG DR'S way back when they first came out....POS's at best. I got better traction with bald *** regular radials....but they could be better now

they last about like a stick of butter sitting on the roof of a black truck in the summer time down here in the south.

the MT radials seem to last about 10 times longer and hook much better. but for a converter as small as yours and the mods listed you should be fine w/ just nittos.. The Hoosiers seem to work like a **** but dont last long either.

Is that the pressure they say to use? I had 25 PSI in my Mickey radials and they would do ****. I called them and they told me to run them on 20 PSI and it made a huge difference. I have no clue about the BFG's though. It was just a thought.

I had 2 sets when they were the first DR. Hated them. Felt like balloons, and didnt hook that great. Then I bought some Nittos and they were much better all around. Then went to MT and the hook much better but dont wear or handle as good. Next Im putting on the Hoosiers I have sitting around.
