prodrag with a cover, if your not going to drive the car in the cold with a jacket on. Just a Tshirt and jeans I would get a 15 for a race car. I bet you could fit tight in a 14 even. You can bend them open a little to. probally a 16 for street driving you would like better. I'm like 6" 185 and have 17s. I could fit in a 16, I'm not loose in the 17, but can drive with a leg up. ect. Ive driven 10-14 hours strait a few times, can't have anything in your pockets but its do able. It would suck worst if I had a 16 and it was tight on the legs. The 17 get tight when I wear a winter jacket or 2-3 shirts and a hoddie.

I have kirky seats in a number of cars. My 95 Camaro has this:

And, I can hardly get out of it. I'm 6'2" about 175 pounds. I'm about to cut the rib supports off it. I can get in by dropping straight down, but with a cage it's a chore getting out. Doesn't help anything that I'm old.

I have 17" pro-street kirky seats and they fit well in the car. I'm about the same size as you and they are comfortable. I could easily fit in a smaller seat but I would rather have them be a little big then too small since I drive on the street.

Sit on the floor, with your knees up in the same position you would sit in the seat in the car, put a book, blocks of wood, something, on each side of your hips, stand up, measure distance between them
