I have a quick question,, i have a fuel cell that is dedicated for my nitrous system it is under the hood by the front of my ds fender. I run a holley blue for the system.. Do i need to vent this fuel cell, i have a hose supplying the pump, and a hose that is a return from the regulator, and i ran a vent hose but im not sure if i should have vented it or capped it,, thanks for any help.

.

All cell's need a vent.
The fuel will not flow correctly and it will expand and pop at some point.

As he said^ Without a vent, the fuel you are sucking out will not be replaced by air. IT will create a vacuum and the pump with fail.
