DOT 3 or Dot 4 is fine, some sell a Hybrid. All you should need for even a full bleed is a smaller botter. Definitly think you have boiled the fluid. I ALSO would suggest researching the "Drill Mod" as it takes out a restriciton in the stock line. I never did it as I went to a Tick perf. Master which is a whole different beast but an option for you.
