I'm definitely not happy about it. The only good thing is we found more power down low.

Santhuff shocks wouldnt have fixed anything. Tying the front down more would have helped but wouldnt fixed the problem either. The technology has gotten so great out there that its making chassis tuners learn faster. We have learned a ton in the last 6 months with our shop car and being able to go 1.13 60fts with a turbo car and not even lift the front wheels off the ground took some testing. Thats what you get by actually having a car to go out and REAL WORLD TEST your ideas and suspension set ups. Shawn called today and he was given the newest results we have gotten from racing our shop car. We will probably wheelstand it again but we gotta go for broke to beat these guys in X275!!

I have never seen a turbo car run to the 330' like that car does. When it comes off the transbrake I bet that converter flashes 7000-8000rpm. At least it sounds like it does! I'd make a guess that they spin that thing to 9000rpm at least. The way that car sounds is just awesome. They are spinning that "little" mid frame 88 for all it's worth for sure.

If madman can make this car do this, then I think shaun is in good handshttp://youtu.be/FTttIyVRO0w

Jesus, I just watched your video's Shawn, you're LUCKY that you didn't make a real mess of the car... that's really playing with fire after it stood up on ya once like that. Then to turn around and do it again you're a nut

Hope you get it sorted out, it's making steam to do what it did for sure, time to make a couple changes to try to calm that down a bit before you put it on the roof!

What's the bottom side of the car looking like after that fiasco? Ya check the oil/filter yet, did the motor get zinged when the rear tires came up?

no it didn't rev over 6K rpm. I just finished replacing all the broken parts, now we just have to re-scale the car and were good. I didn't bring it back up again on purpose, I wasn't even full throttle. I was just trying to keep it from slamming down. I think considering all the damage and how the car ran I came out pretty good. Could have been a hell of a lot worse if I just let off the gas.

It's a comp turbo, from what I've gathered it's close to the same size as a GT55(midframe)
