droping half a second

Looking to heads and cam this offseason coming up. Car currently runs 11.92 with full bolt ons minus udp. With UDP, ported 243 heads, and a 230/236 112 lsa and .600 .600 lift could id be a good enough setup for 11.5's?

I think the heads/cam and a good converter you can take a full second off your current best, even with the 3:23 gears.
