Help with 60'

Help with 60' A friend of mine has an a4 bolt on camaro. It has long tubes/true duals, lid, and an ss3600. He is on 275/40/17 et streets with bone stock suspension and has run a best of 12.51 at 107 and change. His 60' is 1.76 with an off-idle launch dead hooking. Is there any way to help the 60' without adding more power?
from those times and speed im assuming youre at pretty high elevation.. if hes dead hooking how it is now, try stalling it to 1800-2000 and flashing the converter. 1.7 60' isnt bad, i can see that setup definitely in the solid 1.6's if not faster with gears too. If hes still on 2.73's thats hurting a lot

Yeah I don't know what the da was that night but it was pretty humid. A couple days before he went 12.62 at almost 109 with a 1.9x 60' on 275/40/17 05 street tires when it was cooler out. He's got 3.23 gears and their staying till the reared breaks. These yank converters like to be flashed. First run he stalled it to 2000 and it went 12.70 at 107 with a 1.88 60'
QA-1's are a lot of money for a daily driver you really dont need them until you get a lot of HP.I was cutting low 1.6's on Nitto 555R's w/ a stalled bolt-on car running 11.80 w/ stock shocks and springs.

def pull the sway bar, i DD mine like that and its fine if you drive like a normal person. I think a set of skinnies just for the track would be a decent upgrade, ive considered it. Been trying to talk my dad into letting me use his Alumastar 2.0's but he hasnt givin in yet
