Build me a e85 fuel system!
Yes. E10 is at most stations around here. This is just your regular gas with 10% Ethanol mixed in.
E85 is up to 85% Ethanol. Octane is 100-105 depending on the mixture.
Some countries have E100 which has an Octane rating of 113.
In the United States it must be denatured or poisoned by adding 15% gasoline to it so it is not drinkable.
I have thought about going to E85 myself, but so far I am unclear at to exactly what is needed to do it myself.

That is not the only benefit. There will be more volume of fuel going thru the engine. This along with the fact that it is an alcohol will give it a cooling effect in the cylinder.
