recommend me a drag radial
recommend me a drag radial I have some limitations though. Its also a show car. 420 rwhp, 3190lbs. 6 speed 3:45 gears. I will be leaving these on the car full time. Not a daily driver. My car is slammed so i need the tire diameter to be near what it is now 25.9".
I really want to run the Mickey Thompson 305/35/19. But the diameter is 27.9" I cant change my stance that much. Maybe the nitto 555. But I'm worried the traction will be only slightly better than my nexen 3000s. Right now 1st gear is useless and pretty much 2nd also. I'm very good at launching, but I'm leaving way to much power at the line.
Anyone have a suggestion?

Nitto NT-555R ftw. Love mine. Best all around tire. I DD my cammed ws6 and these tires will hook like crazy and do great in the rain. Granted my car has only seen rain like once this year and it was for like 30 mins, but still did great.

Well, it's a compition/ track tire. But ts got to hook better than my street tires. A couple guys out here said they are very good. Our launch pad is pavement not concrete. And no tree with "lights" if you know what I'm saying ha ha
