Default Tire Clearance? 33x18.5x15

Im trying to order my rearend housing... but in order to do that I need some help//

https://www.cachassisworks.com/Attac...structions.pdf

Right now, I have 24" from frame rail to the inside of the fender lip, after I fold that lip up, Ill have ~25"

My question is, how much room do I need between the outside of the tires and the inner fender lip... Also, how much room between the outer lip of the wheel and the fender lip?

Im going to be running bias ply tires.

Thanks guys.

Those are byas ply tires. They will grow about an inch, maybe little more depending on mph.
If it were me I'd center the tire evenly between the the rail and the fender. You have tire growth yes but also consider some side to side movement as well because they are byas ply tires.
Looked at some of your FB pics, ****** tire looks SICK back there-

Yes, of course. clearly I was half paying attention when I wrote that.

I'd really like the tire out as far as possible for stability and a cleaner, more street friendly look. But, that is a valid point to consider.

and thanks, I love seeing that tire back there, can't wait to have the pair of them mounted.

I know the 10.5 guys usually aren't a fan of big tire cars, but Im not building this to break records, I just what to get some fab experience, and have a radically built streetcar, and go fast easily.

It's a cool build, nobody can say it's not.
I'd love to see some 33" MT SR Radials wrapped around a pair of 20" rims tucked up in there for your street wheels.
