New best with ET Streets! I finally got my 60' under a 2.0. Now with mods in my sig and 26x10.5x16 ET Streets, I ran a best of:
RUN 1:
60': 1.999
1/4: 13.193@ 107.343
Run 2:
60': 2.001
1/4: 13.188 @ 107.012
I wanted to get a few more runs in but it started to sprinkle. It felt weird not having to worry about spinning off the line! The top of second gear felt weird. The car wanted to pull to one side. It seemed much harder to control.

w/street tires i just get rpm's to 1000 and ROLL into the throttle all the 1st gear and i can get a 1.9X every once in a while usually a 2.0X
i do have 4.10's though maybe that's helping me.
when i get some slicks i'll be of more help.

He's not spinning. That's all a stock converter will do. I ran that way for 2 years. 2.0 2.0 2.0 over and over again.

Is there any way to lower my E.T.? I thought dropping .2 seconds off my 60' would get me some better times. I guess I'll take my Eagle RSAs next time and to a back-to-back comparison.

I say brake stall up to about 1,500 and nail it off the line.
I stalled up to 1,300-1,500 against the brake and rolled out of the breake and into the throttle. I did this with my 245/50/16 Yoko all seasons and got a 1.9 60'. 1998 A4 T/A w/ a lid and cut-out at that time
