bone stock suspension good for 11.50's?
I'm doing cam, longtubes, 3500 stall, shift kit, tune, and 26x11.50-16 ET Streets on my 2001 SS.
If the stock suspension isn't up to the task to run 11.50's what's upgrades are more important than others?

LCA brackets
That is my only suspension mod and it easily does 1.6x 60's and runs 11.40@120. 10 bolt with 4.10s as well
next would be tq arm as I have bent them before and they will break the tailshaft off as well, so either tunnel mount or relocated to trans crossmember
then LCA's, then shocks, assuming yours are ok. if your shocks are shot those would be #1

LCA brackets will be my next step.
I have 3.73 gears and tubular control arms and pan hard bar. Still have my stock torque arm. (I am confused as to weather to go with a chassis mounted arm or to do the relocation full length.)
I have yet to put the car on the track but i would imagine it will get into 11's just fine.
I don't see why stock suspension wouldn't get into the 11's but I am no expert by any means.

It depends on how worn out your suspension is. If your shocks are toast, then that would be the place to start. Is it possible to run 11.50 with stock suspension, sure it is. It will be much easier with a suspension that can use the power you have.
