what will be the best for a 346ci
planning to do a good 5.7 engine for drag racing propose, little street, only to go to the track, 30 miles round trip, itīs a ls1 5.7 engine with over bore pistons, think is 3.909 ", have scat h rods, searching for diamond ft pistons, stock crank, and high ported 241 heads with, 2.04/1.60 valves, and have a t56 trans, with a 11" race monster clutch, will appreciate any comment to make this thing goes fast.
the question goes for:

I will say that for head work I'd go with LandSpeed Development.
I see that you haven't got a reply on a cam and some other things, so I'll give my opinion as if it were my car - I'd go with a cam in the high 230's-low 240's range, 110-111 seperation in at 108, be sure to check piston to valve. Get a good double spring kit to go with the cam, put as much rear gear in it as you can stand, and get a bias slick for consistancy. You'll need a heavy duty rear locker diff if you don't have that covered already.
Good Luck
