stock 5.3 flexplate and th400 converter?

stock 5.3 flexplate and th400 converter? I have what I said above and the th400 converter that was ordered to fit a ls1. SO I know the snout is longer.
Will I have any issues with spacing at all?
WIll there be any issues with anything at all?
Or just bolt it up like a standard converter and it WILL be good?
