UMI step in here please!
I was told other people have these issues as well and I need this fixed asap.
Its cutting my joint boots up and they WERE brand new.
What is wrong here

I doubt it's your problem, but my car with stock arms/bushings sees the arm sag low to the point that it rests on the spring. This happens for me because I believe the upper control arm bushings are worn.
It looks like you have all new pieces, Im also wondering though if not having the sway bar allows the Lower A's to drop a little lower potentially causing the issue? I have basically the same setup as you minus the Umi uppers and manual rack. My passenger side boot was also ripped, but I believe it was due more so to old age than anything else.
I will watch this though as I am looking at nabbing upper A's in the next week or so

I don't think the suspension is binding I just think it's at full travel. The ball joint can't go any further so I'm sure at the point the angle is nasty then the boot rips.

why does it go that low?
it dont stop at all and it tears my boots up.
DO I need limiters? Does anyone have this issue?
Is this normal on a setup like this?
Apparently I can never let the suspension hang again.

Probably need to install a limiter strap to the lower arm. I have to do that with one of my '69s but it's because the adjustable upper arm hits the frame at full droop. Common thing for offroaders. Only thing to decide is if you want to measure and get a single length or go with an adjustable. Google "suspension limiting strap"

I had a lot of suspension travel when I had a stock spindle but didn't have that problem. However, I had Racecraft upper arms and the joint they use looks a little different. It's normal for it to travel that much but not normal for it to tear up the boot.

Jon, you may be onto something. A standard balljoint only has so much travel. Reach the limits of travel with aggressive alignment or what have you and it just binds but won't tear the boot. A differently designed joint may allow more travel to prevent bind in such cases but maybe the boot is not designed correctly to compensate.
