What is the Drag Radial Record?

What is the DR record (Stock Suspended) for a 4th gen 1/8th and 1/4. Just out of curiosity

Good question, wish I had an answer

But "Big Daddy" is in the high 7's on Drag Radials, thats with a turboed small block.

Yep Big Daddy is the man right now. We have one of his turbos from his past setups sitting in our shop right now. It's a big azz turbo.

I was just wondering who was the fasted DR 4th gen car.

I'm not sure. I have been trying to think offhand what records I am aware of.

I know mid low 10's has been done.

I'm seriously contemplating a set of MT DR's and if I do that I would hope to run mid to low 9's at some point with 800rwhp.

Well it would be cool, but personally I think the Shootout is jam packed with classes. The weekend is pretty cluttered. Maybe put the "4th Gen Drag Radial Challenge" on a different weekend... I think it would bring some new competition, and level the playing field for many. Some of the super fast cars will have to tone down a little to stick these radials to the track...

....who knows it just may turn out to be a neat race.
