Weight Difference of UMI Torque Arm Relo I figured some of the hardcore weight guys might find this helpfull. The stock crossmember w/stock torque arm bracket weighed in @ 9.96 lbs. The UMI Torque Arm Relocation Kit for manual transmissions (Part#2207) weighed in @ 10.05 lbs. including all hardware. So pretty much no difference.

Wow... I'd expect to lose a little anyway. Sounds like some of the front lower arms on the market... same as stock weight. MWC trans crossmember with adjustable torque arm mount(for MWC arms) is 6.4 pounds...just saying. 
This is made to get the torque arm off the transmission, not to save weight. I actually thought it was going to cost me 2 - 4 lbs. Small price to pay to save my tranny, IMO.
