Newbie needs advice Hey guys I've had my car for 6 years and I'm very familiar with it but I'm new to the drag racing seen. I went out for the first time this past Sunday and ran a 13.2 at 109 mph. My cars mods are gm hot cam,kooks longtubes, catted y-pipe, slp loudmouth 2, 160 tstat, 3.90 gears. It put down 370/370 on the Dyno. It's an 2002 M6. Now granted I forgot to take off the traction control and was having some pretty bad wheel hop. I know I can run better than a 13.2. So how about some pointers. Maybe some thoughts as to what I should be running. Thanks
It's defiantly got more in it but you're going to have to practice. I would guess your tires are a big limitation at this point.
Can you post the slip? Without seeing at least the 60ft no one here is going to be much help.

Practice and get the 60ft down. Studderin would be able to help on getting a m6 to sixty well. A stock car is able to pull a 2.0 to a 1.9. I know you're worried about the rear but a sticky tire would help you a lot.
