Default exhaust ???'s

2000 camaro ss auto

im running long tubes, no cats and a 3" x-pipe, race bullet mufflers with a straight cut right before the axle. i either need to install dumps to re-direct the gases off the diff or maybe put a different set of mufflers.

what mufflers are any of you running for a track car only?? im wanting to maybe change the sound to a lil bit deeper just dont know which way to go with it. maybe some sound clips if possible. again track/drag car only. thanks

If its track only why not put some collector mufflers on the end of the headers with a turn down?

That looks good, I had some turndowns welded up. My x pipe was welded crooked from the get go and when the tips were installed one sits about an inch higher. Might go with something off the muffler in the near future though.

How loud is it, compared to open headers?
Any sound clips?
I'm looking to do the same thing but with
Borla XR-1 oval case.
I have open headers with about 2' of straight
Pipe with turndowns, now.
Way to loud.
