Are you spraying off the line? I have a 2000 camaro with 275/60 15s m/t at 30psi. I have lca with loca relocation brackets, lca set at the lowest lowest setting on the brackets. I have 75 shot and spray at 4000 rpm that way it's easier on my 10bolt. My 60ft is 1.56-1.57, it could be in your stall if you aren't spinning off the line. I have taken my stall out 3 times within a 2 month period just to get the str where I liked it.

Is that 60' with the nitrous? you might need to work on suspension. My friend was pulling 1.7's with the new yank PAS 3400, tunnel mounted torque arm, UMI panhard rod and lower control arms non adjustable on stock 10 bolt with 3.42 gears full weight. He's also on 255/50/16 hossier drag radials.

I do have a umi tunnel mount torque arm. My rearend is a 10 bolt but superior axles motive gear and auburn posi. Only had it out twice with new transmission. Really just gettin use to the trans brake and 2-step. I do shoot it off the line. Just tryin to get brave enough to bring up my launch rpm without breaking the rearend.

Might try leaving a little lower. Leaving @3600 with a 4000 converter is killing some torque multiplication. Give 2400 to 2800 a shot. Surprising how many think stalling them as high as they can hold them would be faster. Never is. A little better understanding of how converters work helps.
Give it a try.
If it's not spinning the tires at all, no brackets are going to help it.
