Default Yank SS3600 not even close?

Let me give you all a quick run down of the car.

00 Trans Am, full weight less AC and front bumper support.

Stock LS1, small cam, untouched C5Z 243's, FAST90

SS3600, built L60

12 bolt, 3.73's

full suspension, other than rear shocks.

275/50/15 ET street

Last year the car had a 3200 circle D converter in it, stock suspension, LS6 intake, same cam, 10 bolt with 3.73's, and a 275/40/17 ET street.

Last year it went 11.99 on motor with a 1.57 60'.

This year, I'm spraying a 150 shot on it. Best pass to date was a 10.82@124. It was spinning its *** off though. So I changed from the 275/50 to a 275/60 et street. Car slowed to 11.24@122. I'm so aggravated with this thing. Car only wants to 60' 1.60's. I'm spraying it at 3100 to 6200. When the car leaves, the spray doesnt come on for about 20', which tells me this converter is more like a 2800.

Anyone have any opinions or questions? I'd like to figure this thing out.

It's not the converter. I had an SS3600 in mine with MS3 cam, 4.11, stock heads, ls6 intake, NO plate kit .078 jet. I would 60 ft on motor 1.59-1.61 and 1.40-1.42 on nitrous. Converter would flash 3600 on motor and about 4600 on nitrous. Do you have your nitrous activating on a micro switch or tps activation ? When mine was on tps , we had to set the voltage signal to 4.0 I believe and window switch to 2600 to get the delay out of it.

I have a trick performance window switch. Since you said that, it sure makes sense to me. Spray didn't seem to come on for about 30'. I'll try to lower that, and see what happens.

Thanks!
