How much pinion angle on a nitrous car?

Default How much pinion angle on a nitrous car?

Would like to know what y'all nitrous guys are running on pinion angle?

Nitrous, blower, turbo... it really shouldn't matter. True driveline angles are more of an issue than "how much", and I will tell you now that more isn't always merrier. Correct suspension geometry(IC length/height), center of gravity point, shock settings are all things that play into how the car works.

A -1.5 to -1.8 pinion angle should be fine however.

Mine is at +2, is that too much?
Should I get it down before I go to the track?

Each car is different. My car is lowered 1" and with stock location suspension my pinion angle is -2.5.

we had a buddies car with all poly bushings set around -2.5 - -3* and my car with all rod end parts ~-1.5* both t56 n2o cars
