Default Trick flow 215 heads

I know this thread may seem annoying to some of you since it's such a somewhat noob question or whatnot but,

I'm pretty much sold on getting some tfs 215 CNC heads and a custom cam, iv looked all over and seems to find a price of 2,300 all over the place, anyone ever find a cheaper vendor for these anywhere? PM's welcome if they are not a sponsor.

Thanks in advance!

You should consider the TFS As Cast 220's with some hand work also.

Iv read up on this also. So the cast 220 with work can essentially put down the same thing?

Yes, with a little hand work the TFS As Cast 220 LS1 heads are very close to the TFS 215's in power production.

The 220 LS1 heads come with the exact same CNC chamber, valves and valve job as the CNC 215's, and the intake and exhaust port of the 220's are cast from the CNC 215 port shapes.

With the money you saved on the As Cast heads you can put towards a Fast intake or some port matching of a Fast intake.

We've had really good success with these heads port matched to the Fast 102 intakes.

I do already have a fast 90/90 setup waiting for whenever I get heads and cam though... It is possible to have them shipped to someone who can port them directly where I originally bought them from correct?

Just trying to save a little time, not in a rush, just un necessary moving around.

If you can would you PM me about who you'd recommend do the heads? (If it needs to be in a PM)

Brian will port your intake to the heads and take care of you a cam.
One call, that's all!

So the stock ls1 bore size is 3.89 or something like that.... Is it okay to put on heads with a 4.00 bore size?
