Whats going on with is ?
Hi guys, went to the track last night and ran 3 1/4 mile runs and shitty et times but ok mph
R/T .354
60 2.1
330 5.549
1/8 8.213
mph 93.99
1/4 12.374
mph 120.71
Now all 3 runs were at 120mph , my best was 11.8 at 124 with a 1.9 60 last year or so. This is in street form ( nitto rear )wheel hopping bad. I know that my R/T and 60 sucks. My question is how is my 1/4 mph seen ok but trap speed sucks, is the dig killing me ? The car is just shy of full weight and a t-56 with 470rwhp full suspension. I'm new to drag racing so please help, thanks

I have viking fronts, comp rear, drag bar no front sway bar. Complete adjusible suspension. I do have drag wheel setup with hoosier qtp 27-10.5 and skinnes for front. I have extened wheel studs but I have to install longer ones in the back, and plus drive 50 to the track . So the dig is killing my times ?

You make up roughly 2 tenths of total ET for every 1 tenth you shave off your 60'.
You should be in the 1.60 60' range. So a .5 drop in your 60' would give you close to a second off your final ET. That would get you in the 11.3 range.
I'm run a 1.35 60' with 295 55 15 MT drag radials. If you managed the same 1.35 60' you could run 10.80's at the same mph.
